3.1 Registration. To open an Account, you must provide accurate personal information (name, address, date of birth, etc.) for KYC/AML compliance.
3.2 Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We require 2FA on all Accounts to enhance security.
4.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Services for lawful personal or business transactions.
4.2 Prohibited Use. You agree not to (a) engage in money laundering or terrorism financing; (b) use your Account for illicit or fraudulent activities; (c) attempt to bypass our security measures; or (d) use automated systems to access the Services without our permission.
Certain Services may incur fees (e.g., wire transfers, overdrafts, expedited processing). A complete, up-to-date Fee Schedule is available at /fee-schedule. We may update fees from time to time; any changes will be published at least 30 days before taking effect.
Fees may be deducted directly from your Account balance or billed separately, in accordance with the Fee Schedule. If billed separately, invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance.
When you withdraw or transfer funds in a currency other than your Account’s base currency (for example, EUR into a USD Account), a conversion fee—a percentage of the converted amount—will be applied. Conversion rates and associated fees depend on the specific currency pair and withdrawal channel, as detailed in the Fee Schedule.
6.1 Deposit Methods. ACH/bank transfers, wire transfers, PayPal, supported cryptocurrencies, and partner networks (e.g., Wise, Zelle, Venmo).
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Bank transfers, PayPal payouts, cryptocurrency transfers, or partner networks.
6.3 Processing Times. Standard deposits and withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business days; expedited services may incur additional fees.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on our website and applications are the property of Kredvise Bank or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
9.1 No Warranty. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kredvise Bank and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kredvise Bank, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
11.1 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to any outstanding obligations.
11.2 By Us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in [Your City], unless you opt out within 30 days of Account opening.
